Patrick Drury

Executive Director

Patrick Drury serves as the Executive Director of Nova Counseling Services, where he oversees program operations, community partnerships, and strategic development to ensure high-quality, client-centered residential treatment. Patrick brings a diverse professional background that strengthens Nova’s mission, including experience in law enforcement, recruitment, sales, and nonprofit board leadership. His broad skill set supports strong organizational management, staff development, and collaborative relationships with counties, referral sources, and community stakeholders.

Patrick is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist and a man in long-term recovery, which provides him with personal insight into the challenges individuals face and the supports needed for sustainable change. As an alumnus of Nova Counseling Services, he is deeply committed to preserving the integrity of the program and creating an environment where clients and families feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Patrick works closely with community partners to promote treatment accessibility, continuity of care, and collaborative decision-making, ensuring that each client’s pathway to recovery is grounded in compassion, accountability, and evidence-based practice.
