Dr. Eric Smiltneek

Medical Director

Dr. Eric Smiltneek had served as Medical Director of Nova Counseling Services since 2014.  He is board certified in both Addiction and Family Medicine.  He has extensive experience with 12 step recovery and medications to manage withdrawal, decrease cravings, and prevent relapse.  He is a current member of Wisconsin Society of Addiction Medicine Board of Directors and was a past board chair of Solutions Recovery Incorporated.  He is passionate about treating the disease of addiction and assisting people on their recovery journey.
